The project aims to strengthen community based structures and processes to prevent child abuse and make children less exposed to abuse in one of the most violent townships in Cape Town. It includes parenting training programs, communications for social change, child participation on different levels, strengthened cooperation between community-based organisations, afterschool care services and corporal punishment campaign in schools.
