Mr. Brayshaw is a Founding Partner of Prime Finance, a private equity firm with over $3 billion in assets with a focus on commercial real estate debt originations and investing. He manages the firm’s New York office and in addition to serving on the investment committee, he is responsible for all capital markets activity of the company. Prior to co-founding Prime Finance, Mr. Brayshaw was a managing director at Natixis Corporate and Investment Bank, a French based company with over almost $600 billion in assets and 23,000 employees in 68 countries worldwide.

Prior to joining Natixis, Mr. Brayshaw was an attorney in the New York office of Kaye Scholer LLP. In addition to his investing, banking, and legal work, Mr. Brayshaw holds an interest in a family owned millworking company and also owns a portfolio of commercial and multifamily properties in New England and actively manages those interests.

Mr. Brayshaw previously held the position of Vice-Chair at Childhood USA up until his appointment as Chairman of the Board in May 2015. In addition, Mr. Brayshaw serves as Vice Chairman of the board of trustees for The Calhoun School. Mr. Brayshaw graduated Bates College in 1990 with the B.A. in History. He went on to earn a degree from Fordham Law School in 1996 and he currently resides in New York City with his wife and four children.
