Richard C. Gage is Founder/CEO of, a real estate technology company. When founded in 1998, it revolutionized the real estate industry by launching the first IDX/MLS search products to the market. Since then, has continued to hold its position as an innovation leader in the real estate technology market.

In 2010, Mr. Gage co-founded Municipal Parking Services (MPS). MPS has created the most advanced parking system in the world, and fully intends to disrupt this venerable industry in a way not seen since the introduction of the original parking meter. Gage currently serves as chairman of Municipal Parking Services.

In 2010, Mr. Gage helped to create Minnesota Spay Neuter Assistance Program (MN SNAP). MN SNAP’s mission is to help end the suffering and death of companion animals in Minnesota due to pet overpopulation by providing high-quality, affordable, and accessible spay and neuter services to those in need. Mr. Gage helped to take this organization from a simple yet powerful idea to the premier animal welfare organization in the state, performing over 70,000 surgeries in its first five years. Mr. Gage is chairman of MN SNAP.

Mr. Gage currently serves on the board of Carlson, a travel and hospitality giant and owner of Carlson Hotels (Radisson, Park Inn, Country Inn and Suites) and Carlson Wagonlit Travel. He has served on the Carlson Family Foundation board since 1997, and also serves on the Boards of Gage Group, Carlson Holdings, Carlson Real Estate, and The Supporting Organization to the University of Minnesota. He served on the Swedish Board of the World Childhood Foundation in Stockholm from 2009 through 2015.
