Who Is Behind the Keyboard? Critical Insights into Online Child Sexual Predator Behavior — What Parents Need to Know.

Earlier this year, I read a research report by Protect Children that truly should have caused a riot in defense of innocent children who are victimized online (and probably off-line) by child sexual abuse. It was groundbreaking in its research on sexual abuse offenders of children — and offered concrete and actionable suggestions for the Tech industry. The critical insights about perpetrators and tech platforms are a “must-know” for parents — and aunts, uncles, grandparents, caretakers, concerned friends and all — to help protect their children from child sexual abuse online.

This group collected unprecedented information about online sexual abuse and exploitation through surveys of individuals who were searching for child sexual abuse materials (CSAM) on dark web search engines. They received over 30,000 survey responses from the offenders.
