Special Assistant to the President & CEO and Project Manager
Terms of reference
The Special Assistant and Project Manager will report directly to the President & CEO and will be responsible for supporting the President & CEO in her duties including the preparation, coordination and execution of the Board of Directors and Board Committees meetings. The Special Assistant and Project Manager will support the management and scheduling of the President & CEO’s internal and external meetings, including travel coordination, and correspondence. She/he will also manage special projects and events of the Foundation, including the annual gala.
The Position will also assist the President & CEO and the Managing Director for Programs and Policy with research, preparation of memos, white papers, blogs, social media posts, external presentations and other internal and external communication materials.
Reporting to the President & CEO, the Special Assistant and Project Manager will work collaboratively with the Managing Director of Programs & Policy and the Foundation staff including interns.
The employment with the Foundation is on a full-time at- will basis.
The annual salary is commensurate with education and professional experience, and is subject to applicable federal, state, and local taxes, payable on a bi-weekly basis, in accordance with the Foundation’s regular payroll practices.
The incumbent will receive health benefits in accordance with the Foundation’s existing health care policy. The Foundation, however, may amend, terminate, or enhance the benefits provided to its employees from time to time, as it deems appropriate.
